A French
Napolean III Curved Walnut Buffet a Deux Corps. This cabinet has
inspiration. The upper portion having a shaped cornice with a
pierced ribboned and floral wreath surmount above three paneled
doors. The central door with an applied oral ribbon and floral
carved reserve upon an oblong molded panel with cut corners, the
door opening to a double shelved interior. The lower portion with an
oblong ogee molded top above two extending molded drawers with bail
pulls and two paneled doors each with relief carved marguerite and
ribboned bouquets and flanked by turned and fluted columnar
pilasters on a step molded base resting on squat bun feet. The
finish and hardware are original.
