An American Federal Flame Mahogany Sideboard. The backsplash on this sideboard is cut and scrolled with an acanthus carved column flanking each side. The top is solid mahogany with an age crack and edged in crotched mahogany. The case is flanked with two acanthus carved columns and is raised by a traditional Federal clawed foot. The finish and hardware are original.
